On the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, too many children are still living in extreme poverty, where access to education is limited or out of reach entirely. That’s where your support changes everything.
Our journey began with the construction of our flagship Roof of Africa School in Sonu Village—now the heart of our first educational cluster, the Eastern Central Cluster. But we know one school alone is not enough. Many children face long, dangerous journeys to school, overcrowded classrooms, or a complete lack of resources.
So we’ve built something bigger.
We work hand-in-hand with local community schools, supporting them as satellite schools within our clusters. Together, we are creating a network of opportunity—ensuring that no child is excluded, overlooked, or left behind simply because of where they were born.
Our vision is bold: to bring quality education to at least 500,000 children across the Eastern Central slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. And with your help, it’s possible.
Because education doesn’t just change one life—it transforms entire communities. It reduces poverty, protects children from exploitation and child labour, strengthens families, and opens doors that once seemed permanently closed.
And for children who have lost their way—orphans or those living on the streets—we go further. We focus on family reunification wherever possible, giving children not just an education, but the stability, care, and sense of belonging they need to truly thrive.

Two hot meals every day (breakfast and lunch)
